Bilingual Administrative Export Coordinator

Contributes to the efficient operation of the Export team by providing administrative support. Export coordinator in this job perform a range of general and specific export tasks such as document filing, answering phones and data entry.

730am - 4pm

Salary:

$13/hrly

Minimum Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, excel and software
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to deliver assignments on time
• Ability to handle a variety of people; internal and external
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and/or oral form
• Able to move and lift minimum of 15lbs
• English/Japanese (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business level communications in a second language
• Prior logistics experience
• Transportation knowledge

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service function in a manner that presents the company in the highest possible image
• Communicate and correspond with incumbent in both English and Japanese to ensure timely shipments of products
• Responsible for daily registration activities including but not limited to printing invoices, preparing orders, data entry, and mailing products
• Responds to internal and external inquiries concerning shipments and/or issue resolutions
• Supports export associates and department staff and acts as an assistant on various tasks
• Other tasks as assigned
