\nStarting April 1st, 2026, Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS) has been applied in addition to the Fuel Surcharge, and the current ESS rate is 3.50% <\/br>
\nAs a result, the total surcharge rate including Fuel Surcharge and ESS from from April 1st, 2026 - April 30th, 2026, will be 10.50%<\/u>.<\/br>

Fuel Surcharge(FSC) changes based on the U.S. GULF COAST (USGC) price for Kerosene-Type Jet Fuel is reported by The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). Yamato uses the monthly average from the period two months prior to calculate the applicable fuel surcharge percentage<\/a>. For example, the Fuel Surcharge for July 2018 Fuel Surcharge is based on the Fuel Surcharge for May 2018 EIA published rate. The rate is subject to change every month. Changes to the surcharge will be posted on website two weeks prior to the effective date.
