Please write down 2 sets of customs declaration forms.

  • Each parcel/box must have a separate label.
  • The BESSO service rate includes insurance coverage up to
    JPY300,000 per 1 shipment (or parcel/box).
  • Pick up charges may apply depending on the location of the pickup.
  • Please make sure to add suitcase as commodity if you pack items in it.
  • Wine, glass products, ceramic products, rare products, replica products, arts, antiques, and light bulbs may not covered by the insurance.
  • Besso service can only be delivered to your home address. Address of hotel or company is not applicable.
  • Declaration for unaccompanied package is required.
