You will provide a wide variety of world class custom services in the handling of each customer’s household goods including packing and unpacking and complete coordination with movers.
You will be part of a team of logistics experts whose primary responsibilities are handling household goods at client's homes as well as around the warehouse. Individuals should be highly motivated, friendly, professional, and love working on a team. It’s extremely important you believe in delivering a great experience to our customers and are excited to help us grow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic Computer Skills
• Stamina to lift items under 44 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends if/when required
• Japanese language skill is preferred

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack and unpack customer’s belongings
• Provide excellent service before, during and after various customer interactions
• Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes
• Complete moving documentation accurately
• Drive company vehicle as we need (no commercial license is required)
