Payment method

  1. ALL PREPAID (All freight charges and All-Prepaid handling charge prepaid)
  2. DUTY COLLECT (Prepayment of freight charge, and duty payments are paid on destination side.)
  3. ALL COLLECT (All charges billed on collect basis. Destination side pays)

*IF choosing option 1　through our Online Shipping, Yamato's unique Handling Fee to the value/quantity of individual item will be applicable.
There will be a 17 % surcharge of the declared value when you use the paper Slips.
In the case of sending gifts or personal effect items not containing Leather Shoes, Liquor or Tobacco product and valued at $50.00 or below there will be no fees.
(Leather Shoes, Liquor and Tobacco will apply different rate of handling fee, so please contact to our local branch office.)

How to Use

1) Package and Document

You can use your favorite box. The total of three sides (L+W+H) must be up to 300 cm (118.1 inch).

Access to the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping and Create your shipment and Pay in online. (There is no online payment if you choose "All Collect shipment")

* If you cannot use the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping, please use the Yamato’s branch or its TA-Q-BIN agents to get a slip.

2) Create Shipping Document

Put into the box while checking and entry the items what you want to ship.

Close the box with tape etc. after you have packed the items.

※ Please note that the total weight of one box does not exceed 50 kg (110 lbs.).

Please mark the reference number and tracking number issued by International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping on the box by using felt tip pen etc.

3) Drop Off Your Package

Please bring the packed box to Yamato branch. Not accepted at TA-Q-BIN agent.
