Announcement regarding TA-Q-BIN Emergency Situation Surcharge

Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19, the situation surrounding our business has forced us to face difficult challenges, such as sharp increases in air freight costs due to flight suspensions and unexpected additional costs for internal and external safety measures.
We believe that even under these circumstances it is our social responsibility to continue and provide our international TA-Q-BIN services (express delivery services) to Japan and Asia for all of our customers.
To maintain quality and provide our best possible services, we are implementing the temporary surcharge as follows:
- Surcharge Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS)
- Rate 6.50% of shipping fee
- Start Date April 16, 2020
- End Date Until further notice
- Services All International TA-Q-BIN Services (Exclusion of Int’l TA-Q-BIN ECO)
