The current situation in China at the ports for Customs Clearance

Due to the current situation in China we would like to inform you the status at the ports for Customs Clearance.
<As of January 30th>
- Currently, suspension of operations, in all areas, except Dalian and Tianjin, has been postponed until Feb. 9th due to the government's decision of the Chinese Spring Festival extended to.
- All customs clearance and logistics/transportation operations are completely stopped during this time.
- Therefore, we hold all cargos for above destinations until February 10th (Mon). (There is a possibility of a longer extension)
- Dalian and Tianjin areas are scheduled to start operations normally from Monday, February 3rd (Please note there is still a possibility of change for other areas as well)
-The China customs office will operate from the 3rd, but since logistics operators, including Yamato China, will still be in the Spring Festival holiday, any shipments affected with customs inspections or other assistance will not be available.
