Current Status of International TA-Q-BIN Operation in Japan

Dear valued customers,
Please note that there is no delay or impact to our International TA-Q-BIN Operation in Japan on customs operation as well as the last mile delivery, as of March 5, 2020.

1. International TA-Q-BIN Terminals in Japan
Both our Operational Terminals at Tokyo-Haneda and Kansai (Osaka) Airport are operating as normal and there are no delays.

2. The final mile delivery of TA-Q-BIN
It is operating as normal and there are no delays.
At the final mile delivery, the followings are implemented as a temporary measure to the spread of the Coronavirus infection.

• The driver may wear a mask when delivering.
• If the consignee wishes to avoid face-to-face contact and request it to our driver, the delivery to a designated place such as in front of the entrance is temporarily allowed.
