Announcement regarding TA-Q-BIN Emergency Situation Surcharge

Thank you very much for your continued support of our International TA-Q-BIN service.

Due to the escalating situation in the Middle East, we have experienced a rapid and unpredictable surge in jet fuel prices over the past several weeks. This volatility has significantly impacted our operational costs.

In order to maintain our service operations and continue providing the high level of service you expect from us, we regret to inform you that we will be implementing a temporary surcharge as outlined below:

• Surcharge  　Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS)
• Rate              　3.50% of Shipping Fee
• Start Date   　April 1, 2026

　　　*Applies to shipments received or processed on or after this date. *Processed through our Online Shipping will be applied from 12AM (EST).

• End Date     　Until further notice
• Services       　All International TA-Q-BIN Services (Exclusion of Int’l TA-Q-BIN ECO)
