Due to the heavy congestion in the cargo terminals in Tokyo Airports (Narita and Haneda Airport) which is affected from partially suspension of  cargo handling in Kansai airport, the delivery delay of International TA-Q-BIN parcels is occurring in 1-2 days than usual.
