Inquiry Regarding International TA-Q-BIN Shipments from Japan

Thank you very much for using Yamato Group services.
Regarding your inquiry, please note that the International TA-Q-BIN service from Japan is a joint operation between Yamato Transport Japan and its partner carriers such as UPS.
For shipments to the United States, all handling after arrival is managed entirely by UPS.
We sincerely regret to inform you that Yamato Transport USA is unable to provide support for any issues that occur after the shipment has arrived in the U.S. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
In this regard, we would like to ask for your cooperation in taking the following actions:
1.Contact UPS in the U.S.
Please prepare your UPS tracking number and contact UPS directly to inquire about the shipment status.
You can find your UPS tracking number by entering your Yamato Tracking number on the page below:
Please note that confirming the shipment status and taking necessary action directly with UPS may lead to the quickest resolution.
2.If there is no response from UPS or the issue remains unresolved:
Please contact the sender of the shipment and request that they reach out to the Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN Service Center in Japan.
